How long does training take?
Recall that CTQ does all the heavy lifting for you. To this end, we will spend upfront time with you to ensure the survey itself is appropriate for your initial use of the service. The end-user training only takes about 20-35 minutes, but we will spend as much time as you need to be comfortable with using the system. While it is very simple to use, we have no issues with providing re-training, or helping you train new staff when warranted - at no cost to you.
If I wanted to start right away, how long would it take to activate my service?
