Can CTQ Receive Data from Any Computer System?CTQ is platform agnostic. We will provide you the data and layout and work with you to ensure the appropriate information is furnished. We presently interface with about a dozen vendor software packages and the process is relatively simple. How do I obtain a Patient Email Address?Our clients request the email address from the patient, and explain why it is being requested (for the survey). We have a standard email request form you may customize to help you get started. What if they don't have or wish to provide an email address?
This is up to each individual. It is at your discretion whether you wish to hand out paper surveys, or have CTQ mail a survey on your behalf.
What are the current online and paper response rates?
Paper survey response rates are about 25%. Online response rates range from 55-65%.
Is EdgeSurvey HIPAA Compliant?
All CTQ services are HIPAA compliant. We take strong measures to insure the security of all information. We also act as your business partner and enter into a Business Associates Agreement that defines our mutual responsibilities in working with protected health information.
Is My Information Secure?
Yes. CTQ has several layers of security in place. Your data is not shared with any third party.
Does CTQ provide my information to anyone else?
