Survey Options
Online & Paper: EdgeSurvey™ provides the opportunity to survey your patients electronically, yielding higher patient response. For patients unable to provide an email addresses, the paper version you provide them is mailed directly to CTQ for data entry.
Customization: CTQ Associates discuss your survey goals with you. We ensure the data collection will serve to monitor & improve your business. Your final survey content is designed to address any uniqueness of your facility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): CTQ recommends beginning with our standard EdgeSurvey™. However, each facility has the option to include, exclude or modify KPI's. You may also include as many Key Loyalty Indicators as you wish.
Alerts: Each facility determines the 'sense of urgency' tied to each KPI. It is at your discretion whether a negative response for each KPI warrants an alert (notification) to bring to your attention.
Free-form Text (comments): Each KPI provides the opportunity for the respondent to elaborate further with unlimited free-form text. These comments typically accentuate the extremes - positive and negative - in great detail.
Open Ended Questions: EdgeSurvey™ allows you to ask whatever questions you believe will provide insight to help you monitor your business.
Ongoing Survey Improvement: CTQ believes a periodic review of your results helps ensure your goals are met. As healthcare, legislation and facility priorities constantly evolve, survey review and redesign is included in your EdgeSurvey™ subscription.
