Online Surveying: EdgePhysician™ provides the opportunity to survey your physicians electronically, yielding exponentially higher physician response.
Customization: CTQ Associates first discuss your survey goals with you. The inclusion of Influence Attributes is guided by CTQ with your input, and the KPI collection will be designed to reflect the uniqueness of your facility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): CTQ will share measurements that other clients have found effective in surveying. Each client has the option to include as many KPI measurements as they wish.
Free-form Text (comments): Each KPI provides the opportunity for the physician to elaborate further with unlimited free-form text.
Open Ended Questions: EdgePhysician™ allows you to ask whatever questions you believe will allow your physicians to provide meaningful insight that translates to actionable decision-making data.
Ongoing Survey Improvement: Prior to your next physician survey, CTQ may make recommendations to improve your data collection. You also have the opportunity to modify the survey as you deem appropriate, at no cost.
