EdgeEmployee™ Value Proposition

Our experience in Employee surveying bears that healthcare employees are more interested in being connected with a productive facility that excels in patient care. While compensation and benefits are important, there are other key motivators that cause them to seek employment at a facility, or for that fact remain an employee.
EdgeEmployee™ is a different surveying method as three dimensions of output are provided.
The inital dimension, "What matters Most" helps ensure the facility is aligned with what your employees deem as the qualities and attributes most meaningful to them. Without these measurements, their various satisfaction measures are less meaningful.
The second part is a thorough satisfaction survey that allows a facility to inquire on as many satisfaction measures appropriate. The third component allows for the employee to rate different operational areas within the facility. While they may not work in many of these operational areas, their observations and what they hear from others are perception, and therefore their reality.
EdgeEmployee™ encourages your associate to confide as much insight as possible to help leadership identify areas of operational improvement opportunity, as well as employee satisfaction opportunity. As they share their perception of potential underperformance, the facility has more than Patient Intelligence to review and act upon.
CTQ provides a non-threatening third-party means of collecting employee intelligence, as we commit to protecting the confidentiality of the employee. Our online surveying functions within the ombudsman concept where individual surveys are not reviewed by the facility, but aggregated by CTQ. The employee is therefore empowered to provide recommendations on how to improve the facility that is provided directly to leadership for review.

"Moving the Employee surveying to the web has provided an exponential increase in survey returns. Docs use the internet."
"What Matters Most" provides you the opportunity to not forget that you can get good scores, but you need to pay attention to what the Employees note as Primary Influencers for continued employment.
