Standard Reporting: EdgeEmployee™ reports are published immediately following your employee survey window.
Employee Retention: "What Matters Most" provides Influence Attributes relevant to employee retention. The attribute ratings are summarized and ordered, reflecting a weighted consideration your employees deem as drivers influencing continued employment.
Performance Indicator (KPI) Scoring: EdgeEmployee™ allows for as many measurements in as many categories as needed. An overall facility score, score for each category and all KPI scores are reported. These scores are supplemented with a Response Distribution Analysis and Trend Analysis.
Summarized Comments: As EdgeEmployee™ uses the Ombudsman approach, the employee comments are summarized and grouped together to respect the confidentiality promised.
Benchmarking: A Corporation (multi-entity) is provided with category scores for each facility. Each facility can see where they rank within the Corporation for all KPI's on their standard report.
Key Loyalty Indicators: These measurements capture your employee's feelings of wanting to continue working at your facility, as well as recommending others for care at the facility.
Action Steps: You will receive significant comments with great polarity. Your census will share happiness or frustration with specific facility categories. Your ability to view these comments en masse highlights issues that require attention, internal discussion and decision-making. If negative comments are tied to High "What Matters Most" attributes, it likely signals a call to action.
