CTQ recognizes the importance of Employee Surveying as part of Closed-Loop Quality Management. We believe it is imperative to have as much Employee Intelligence to (1) provide insight for employee retention; (2) identify areas of operational improvement opportunity within the facility; and (3) leverage the correlation that happy employees translate to happier patients.
To optimize the survey collection, CTQ's Philosophy is for EdgeEmployee™ to use an "Ombudsman" approach where CTQ assumes the role of your independent third-party. Ensuring confidentiality to your employee creates a non-punitive environment that encourages feedback as an improvement instrument for management to review.
While patients share satisfaction measures, your employees have the ability to share insight toward operational effectiveness from a hands-on, observation and word-of-mouth perspective.
To this end, EdgeEmployee™ has three components. The first is a brief "What Matters Most" assessment for employee retention considerations. The second is rating (unlimited) Key Performance Indicators that are meaningful to your facility. The third allows them to rate their perception of different operational areas within the facility, which may help leadership identify areas of under-performance and opportunity.
