CTQ launched QualityIntelligence™ in August, 2007, which is a service that is 100% interoperable with EdgeSurvey™. CTQ provided this service that includes post-visit data collection, case assignment & accountability, annotation for patient & internal follow-up · all supported with real-time reporting for collaboration and escalation. This was provided at no additional cost to our clients.
The rationale was simple. CTQ wanted to arm our clients with the opportunity to:
• Move to a paperless environment
• Capture quality-focused metrics
• Collaborate on review and follow-up with peers
• Ensure the facility had a simple means to escalate the most important follow-up for review and potential QA assignment.
We believe that quality requires safety, and safety requires quality. To this end, the data provided allows the organization to review under-performance and initiate improvement and QA programs where warranted. The data brings the under-performance to the forefront for leadership to pursue.
The future of CTQ is to build upon an already robust satisfaction and benchmarking solution, and supplement it with more formalized risk management and QA identification, tracking and measurement tools.
