Scott McHugh
Vice President, Operations

Scott McHugh has served in an executive capacity at CTQ Solutions, LLC since 2003. His present role as Vice President, Operations showcases his extensive knowledge in process management, client satisfaction and healthcare information technology. Since CTQ's inception, Scott has continuously infused client feedback in all three releases of EdgeSurvey™, CTQ's flagship satisfaction and benchmarking product, as well as companion portfolio products.

Scott's front line support to CTQ's client base has helped CTQ attain an outstanding record for client satisfaction and retention. His familiarity with healthcare IT solutions has enabled CTQ to smoothly accommodate clients with over a dozen different information systems. Scott has personally brought more than 250 Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Diagnostic Imaging Centers, Clinics and Surgical Hospitals live. He has provided training and education for practically all these clients, plus several others.

Scott's outpatient, diagnostic imaging and surgical hospital operations knowledge was instrumental in CTQ's vision and development of QualityIntelligence, an interoperable extension of EdgeSurvey that promotes risk mitigation and process improvement. He co-developed the online release of CTQ's Physician, Referring Physician and Employee Satisfaction products. Scott continues to play a key role in the development of new products.

In the 10 years prior to CTQ, Scott worked at both Health Information Systems (Wallingford, CT) and SourceMedical (Birmingham, AL) in numerous capacities. Primary roles included channel management, client management, product awareness and operational redesign strategies. The aforementioned roles stressed user adoption, operational improvement and client satisfaction. He also spent significant time in a client advocate for Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Practice Management clients.

Scott previously worked in both the public insurance adjustment and real estate sectors, and remains licensed by both state and national bodies.
